The Bossier Civic Center is conveniently located just off Interstate 20 and I-220. The Center is part of a massive Municipal Complex sitting on twenty beautifully landscaped acres complete with reflection pool and ample parking.

Inside, the attention to detail is evident throughout the Center. The Lobby is particularly attractive and serves as a greeting place or break area during conventions, concerts and trade shows. The facility offers 24,000 square feet of unobstructed space for meetings, conventions, or trade shows with an additional 7,500 square foot Banquet Hall. The banquet hall has the capability of being divided into three breakout rooms.

The Civic Center staff is courteous and professional and strives to accommodate your needs.

Rental Rates

Deposit required: One half total rental due when contract signed. Dates being held on a tentative basis must be confirmed or released upon ten-day notice. Non -profit bookings will be contracted no sooner than 180 days. Rental includes tables, chairs, stage, podium, one microphone and the house sound.

Required Charges

Insurance Coverage - Certificate of insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 single limit liability with the City of Bossier City as additional insured is required for all events. City insurance coverage may be purchased for events with the restrictions of no alcohol served and 200 attendees or less. For information call the Civic Center office.

Security - Uniformed Bossier City Police required. For price quotation contact Civic Center.

Alcohol - Sales and consumption are by exclusive contractor only. Contact Civic Center for further information.
