The Herbicide and Mosquito Control Division of Public Works uses licensed applicators to spray for mosquitoes during the warm season and to spray drainage ditch and street right of ways for vegetation control. The Division sprays each area of the City weekly for mosquitoes and can increase operations during periods of high activity. Also, areas with high complaints can receive additional attention.
