Todd M. Yarbrough 1919-1921
Todd Yarbrough, a Louisiana native, owned and operated a Bossier City dairy. As a member of Bossier City’s city council, he was appointed Mayor in 1919 to complete Mayor Woodyard’s term.
As Mayor, Yarbrough is responsible for significant road construction and paving. He relinquished the office in 1921 and moved to Shreveport to work for a real estate firm. He also had the unique pastime of raising peacocks!
