The Bossier City-Parish Metropolitan Planning Commission has moved to a digital platform for all planning and zoning needs. Any request must be submitted via Energov.
Plan Tracking and Uploading A personal account and registration is required to upload and track applications from the portal dashboard. The portal will allow users to track all submitted requests, plans and permits.

Click “Login or Register” Click “Register Here” – Input email address - You will receive an email to the email address provided titled “Citizen Self Service New User Account Confirmation” - Confirm email -Follow registration prompts
Requests and submittals will be required to be uploaded into the system by the applicant, owner or representative. All documents uploaded into the portal must be in PDF format.
When on the "Welcome Page" - Click "Apply". This will bring you to the "Application Assistant" Page. - Click "Plans". - Plans are listed by jurisdiction and plan type. Select the appropriate plan type and the applicable jurisdiction (City or Parish) for processing and review. If you have questions about jurisdiction or plan types, please contact the office BEFORE applying. - Once a plan type has been selected, click "Apply". - Complete each step to submit the application. After a preliminary review, you will be invoiced for payment. All invoices are due upon receipt and applications will not be processed until invoices are paid in full.
