[ARCHIVED] Police Seeking Information on Whereabouts of Teen Who Ran Away

Detectives with the Bossier City Police Department’s Juvenile Crimes Division are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a teen who ran away from the Johnny Gray Jones Youth Shelter.

Kierra Thomas, a 15-year-old, left the shelter on August 9, 2019 around 5:20 p.m. She is five feet six inches tall and weighs approximately 138 pounds. She has black hair in long braids with blue streaks and brown eyes

She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, dark-colored pants, orange socks, and black slippers. Kierra is from Shreveport with ties in the Sunset Acres and Mooretown areas as well as the Swan Lake area in Bossier City.

Anyone who may have information on Kierra’s whereabouts is asked to call Bossier City Police at (318) 741-8665 or their local law enforcement agency.
