[ARCHIVED] Homicide Investigation Continues

The Bossier City Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred last week on November 11, 2019. Fifty-year-old Graciela Gonzalez Lozano was found unresponsive inside her apartment at 2201 Loreco Street after firefighters responded to a call of smoke coming from the residence. Gonzalez Lozano was transported to LSU Oschner where she was pronounced deceased. Signs of trauma were evident which prompted detectives to begin an investigation into her death. Following the autopsy, the Bossier Parish Coroner’s Office ruled the death as homicide.

The investigation is ongoing. Detectives are now reaching out to the public for additional information about the crime.
