FAQ’s

• Residential homeowners may apply for building permits for their own residence if the following requirements have been met:

o A. The homeowner has lived at the residence for 12 months.

o B. If the work exceeds $7500, the proper affidavits are notarized and provided with permit application.

• ONLY licensed tradesmen may pull trade permits.

• Building permits are REQUIRED for any residential or commercial work except for Flooring and Painting.
