Chief Administrative Officer

The Mayor shall nominate for confirmation by the City Council a Chief Administrative Officer. This shall be an unclassified employee position. The Chief Administrative Officer will serve as executive and administrative assistant to the Mayor, performing such duties as assigned by the Mayor.

Pam Glorioso currently serves as the City of Bossier City's Chief Administrative Officer, she was appointed to this position in July 2017. Prior to the appointment she has served as the Special Project Coordinator since 1998, prior to this appointment she served as the City's Community Development Director. She is the Bossier City Film Commissioner to the Shreveport-Bossier Film Assistance Office.

Pam is a lifelong resident of Bossier City, attending LSU with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She recently obtained the designation of Certified Film Commissioner from the Association of Film Commissioners International. She is the 2007 recipient of the Bossier Chamber of Commerce Athena Award.

Pam has worked for the City of Bossier City for 31 years. She has worked and served on numerous committee and boards. Currently is serving on the Shreveport-Bossier Tourist Bureau Board of Directors, President of the Bossier Office of Community Service Agency, Chairperson for the Bossier Housing Authority Board, Bossier Parish Community College Telecommunications Advisory Board, and the Commission for the Women of Bossier City.
