Water Rates

Bossier City

The City of Bossier City is proud to supply to you water that is graded “A+” by the Louisiana Department of Health, which is the highest score possible. In order to comply with state mandates and due to recent increases in the cost of supplies and equipment necessary for water production, there will be an increase in water rates beginning January 1, 2026.

More details about rates, how to manage your account online, and how to sign up for autopay are available below.

Please be advised, there will be a minimum of a $100 deposit as well as a $10 processing fee added to your first bill. If you have been disconnected and you are applying for reconnection, or if you have had previous past due balances with the COBC, a deposit of $150 will be required.
