The Herbicide and Mosquito Division of Public Works sprays for mosquitoes during the warm season, drainage ditches and street rights of way for vegetation control. The Division sprays each area of the City as needed, weekly during outbreaks and can increase operations during periods of abnormally high activity. Also, specific areas with high complaints can receive additional attention.
